Team captain George Trujeque then snatched both for the four-person team, using his captain’s pick.

Rio Rancho’s Corey Haught (145) was first and Trey Benally (146) finished second.

The boys will travel to Guadalajara Country Club in Jalisco, Mexico, on July 24-28.

Albuquerque’s Katelyn Allen shot 6-over-par 150 to win the girls event with Las Cruces’ ) Coco Andersson(161) second and Ashlee Garrett (162) third. Rio Rancho’s Jacque Galloway was the captain’s pick.
