Dahl went 3-for-4 and improved his batting average to a whopping .543 in eight games with Albuquerque (39-53). Catcher Tom Murphy also went 3-for-4.
Jeff Bianchi hit a two-run shot in the second inning for Albuquerque. It was his second home run in 52 games this season. Dahl, by contrast, has five in eight games. His slam put the Isotopes in front 7-4.
Eddie Butler (4-0) scattered seven hits over six innings to earn the victory.
This and that: Per Triple-A baseball, Murphy on Thursday was the first catcher in all of pro ball to complete a cycle since Mark Zagunis did so with Class A short-season Boise two years ago.
