Sky City Casino offers ‘August Moon Cash Power Wheel’

Sky City Casino Hotel in Acoma Pueblo hopes the August moon brings you some luck this month.

Some lucky patrons will get their chance to spin the “August Moon Cash Power Wheel” from 6 to 10 p.m. on select Tuesdays and Fridays this month. One winner will be drawn each hour to win a portion of more than $35,000 to $100,000 cash. Guests earn an entry each time they accrue 30 points while playing their favorite Sky City games.

Celebrate the back-to-school season with some extra cash in your pocket during the “Bingo’s Back to School” promotion at Sky City. There are more ways to win at bingo during this event, which features $3,000 in total cash drawings. Bingo players can win a portion of the winnings when they spend $15 or more using their Sky City Players Club card now through the end of the month.

Blackjack players get their own happy hour this August. Sky City Table Games is hosting a Blackjack Happy Hour from 2 to 10 p.m. daily. Win extra cash when you receive three 7’s or a 6, 7 and 8 on the first three cards in a row. Visit Sky City Table Games for more details.

If you have not signed up for your Sky City Players Club card, visit guest services. Sky City is offering new club card members a chance to win between $5 and $1,000 in free play. New and old cardholders receive five times the points when they play from 8 a.m. to midnight on Thursdays. Points can be redeemed for merchandise at the Sky City Casino Hotel gift shop or toward the purchase of gasoline at the Sky City Travel Center or Sky Way Travel Center.

Seniors ages 50 and older receive $20 in free play on Wednesdays when they earn 400 points playing their preferred Sky City games. Seniors can also enter the $100 cash drawings held from 1 to 4 p.m. on Wednesdays this month.

Seniors can fuel up with some tasty offerings at the breakfast and lunch buffet and receive $4 off their bill. Those who have not reached their senior years can still save on breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Huwak’a Restaurant. Sky City Club card members can swipe their cards at any kiosk, once a day, to print a $2 coupon toward their purchase at Huwak’a Restaurant.

SANTA ANA STAR CASINO: Friday nights are family fun bowling time at Santa Ana Star Casino’s Starlight Bowling Center. During “Friday Family Fun,” families can enjoy an evening of bowling and a family-friendly movie between 6 and 9 p.m.

The event includes unlimited bowling until 9 p.m. while a fun, kid-friendly movie plays on the HDTVs throughout the bowling center with full audio.

Guests can also be part of contests that will be held during the evening for prizes, which include free games of bowling and gift certificates to Starlight Bowling Bar & Grill. The grill features new menu items, including pizzas, burgers, sandwiches and snow cones.
