2 Albuquerque Schools Enter Agreement

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Central New Mexico Community College in Albuquerque and Lewis University-Albuquerque have entered a partnership to ensure the maximum number of credits will transfer from the community college to Lewis University.

 Students who earn associate’s degrees at CNM could transfer up to 72 credit hours toward the 128 hours required for a bachelor’s degree at Lewis University.

 CNM’s vice president of academic affairs, Beth Pitonzo, says the partnership provides CNM students another way to reach their educational and career goals.

 Lewis University offers seven undergraduate degree programs ranging from accountancy and business administration to information technology and criminal-social justice.
