The Roadrunner Food Bank hosted its annual Souper Bowl fundraiser event on Saturday to a stirring success.

Over 30 restaurants took part in this year’s event. Proceeds went to the food bank to aid in its efforts to provide food to people in need.

Old Town Catering was the People’s Choice Soup, taking first place for its roasted corn and apple bisque soup, according to the Roadrunner Food Bank website. Old Town Catering also took first place with the Larry McGoldrick Award in Critics’ Choice Soup for its green chile chicken tortilla soup.

Fuego 505 claimed the top prize for People’s Choice Vegetarian Soup with its white tomato soup. Baked by Christina took first place for People’s Choice Dessert.
