ARRAY Technologies taps CFO
Keith Jennings
A business executive who has worked in multiple industries in the last three decades has been tapped as the next chief financial officer at Array Technologies.
Effective Jan. 6, Keith Jennings will be the next CFO for Array, an Albuquerque-based utility-scale solar energy company.
Jennings has worked in corporate finances, risk management, investor relations and strategic growth initiatives. He was most recently the executive vice president and CFO at Weatherford International, where he helped guide the company's post-bankruptcy transformation. He successfully helped restructure the company's debt and bring about its up-listing on the Nasdaq stock exchange.
At Array, Jennings will report directly to CEO Kevin Hostetler.
“Keith’s extensive experience in transforming organizations and driving financial strategy is well-aligned with Array’s growth objectives,” said Hostetler. “His ability to enhance operational efficiency, optimize capital investments and lead strategic initiatives will be pivotal as we expand Array’s global footprint and reinforce our leadership in renewable energy innovation.”
Jennings will oversee Array's financial strategy and operations and explore new market opportunities, among other responsibilities.
The company's advanced technologies include ways to allow solar panels to move to more efficiently produce energy from the Sun and to avoid hailstorms.
“I am thrilled to join Array at such an exciting time for the company and the renewable energy sector,” said Jennings. “I look forward to working with the leadership team to drive strategic growth, enhance financial performance and expand Array’s impact on the global transition to sustainable energy.”
Array appears to be gaining some momentum. Hostetler announced last month the company reported $231.4 million in revenue in the third quarter, which the CEO said was a positive given election uncertainty and other market factors.
Meanwhile, construction is underway on a roughly $50 million project on Albuquerque's West Side to expand Array's manufacturing capabilities. The 216,000-square-foot facility will employ more than 300 people, according to Array.
