Leasing begins for high-end apartments in Northeast Heights

A high-end luxury apartment in Albuquerque is now leasing some of its units as construction is expected to wrap up by the middle of next year.
The property, Allaso High Desert, is at 6701 Tennyson NE in the Northeast Heights. It features 281 units, about 77 of which are townhome-style units, according to developer Titan Development.
The property, one of five Allaso-branded apartment complexes either under construction or currently leasing, also includes a state-of-the-art golf simulator and an “adventure room” for tenants where they can rent bicycles, camping gear and other outdoors accessories.
It also features a pool area with cabanas, a ride-share room, gym, community-wide Wi-Fi, outdoor covered grills and fireplaces, as well as an outdoor putting green.
“The amenities at Allaso High Desert are unmatched by any apartment community in the Northeast Heights,” Titan Partner Josh Rogers said in a statement.
Allaso High Desert follows the opening of Allaso Journal Center earlier this year and is part of other branded properties being developed by Titan, including The Senary by Allaso, Allaso Vineyards and Allaso Olivine.
High Desert will be operated by Greystar, a property management company.
