MORE Realty, a real estate firm with an office in New Mexico, is joining forces with United Real Estate, the eighth-largest real estate brokerage in the nation.

By joining United’s national network, which encompasses 34 states, 170 offices and more than 22,000 agents, MORE will have access to additional resources and growth opportunities. The firm is looking to expand its footprint in the West and triple clientele in the next three to five years, a news release said.

The partnership, announced on Friday, will not affect the ownership, name, staff or leadership of MORE, which Paul and Denise Knighton established in 2015. The Portland, Oregon-based firm has since grown to 900 agents and is the largest brokerage in Oregon, and also has offices in Washington, Nevada and New Mexico.

MORE Realty New Mexico’s managing broker Chris Sandoval, who opened the firm’s only New Mexico office in Corrales a little over two years ago, said the partnership means a lot more tools and a lot more resources for the local office’s 18 team members. Those resources include a fully integrated system, lead generation, management systems, websites and referrals.

Sandoval said the partnership will aid with expansion within New Mexico as well.

“It’s definitely been a good market for us,” Sandoval said. “We’re just excited about all the resources we’re going to be able to give agents. ... I think it’s going to really develop growth within the agency.”
