There’s a golf course, a spa and horseback riding, but don’t sleep on the meetings.

Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa, which is on the Santa Ana Pueblo, received the 2024 Platinum Choice Award from Smart Meetings, a magazine for event and meeting planners.

The winners are nominated and voted on by meeting professionals, according to a Tamaya news release.

The resort has 29,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, including the Cottonwood Pavilion, which has floor-to-ceiling windows. There is also a 12,000 square-foot ballroom that can be portioned into eight separate rooms.

“This award highlights the passion and commitment of our team and our dedication to delivering extraordinary experiences in a setting that truly captures the beauty and spirit of the Southwest.”

Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder was the only other site in New Mexico that was recognized from Smart Meetings.

The venue “is ready to accommodate your every business need, featuring the largest conference center floor in the city,” according to Buffalo Thunder’s website.
