The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta is fast approaching.

Balloon enthusiasts from all over the world will gather to celebrate the art of ballooning for the 52nd year.

These 11 familiar shapes will return, joining the thousands in ascending to the skies Oct. 7-15.
