Did you know In-N-Out has a secret menu? Here's how it works
In-N-Out Burger announced today that they will be opening locations in New Mexico in 2027.
In-N-Out has announced it is officially planning an Albuquerque location by 2027.
The restaurant — known for its fresh, never frozen, meat and french fries — allows patrons to place specialized orders, which have been compiled into a secret menu.
Basically, when you go to the counter to order, you say, for example, "Can I please have a triple triple," and you will receive three beef patties with three slices of American cheese, lettuce, tomato, spread, yay or nay on onions, all on a bun.
The burger joint says it's not actually a secret and instead calls it the "not-so-secret menu," which has options up to a Quad Quad, protein style, grilled cheese and Animal Style — a burger of your choice with lettuce, tomato and mustard cooked beef patty, adds pickles, extra spread and grilled onions.
Unfortunately, there is no green chile available for burgers, the closest available secret menu option is to add chopped yellow banana peppers.
This year marks In-N-Out's 75th anniversary. The company has hundreds of locations spread across California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Texas, Oregon and Colorado and plans to open in Idaho and Tennessee, as well as the planned Albuquerque location.
