Get a sampling: Reel Craft Pass offers deals to some New Mexico breweries, wineries
The Reel Craft Pass offers discounts on beer at participating New Mexico breweries. A pass for New Mexico wineries is also available.
Get more bang for your buck at a number of New Mexico breweries and wineries when you use the Reel Craft Pass.
For 2024, Reel Craft Pass is introducing a booklet good at 15 New Mexico winery locations in Albuquerque and around the state. The brewery booklet also returns with a few more New Mexico breweries added to the list.
“We kind of did a trial run with wineries in a few different states, and we just had some people in New Mexico that reached out and they were like ‘Hey, you should do this with wineries,’ “ said Clint Nievinski, founder of the Reel Craft Pass. “So, we added wineries this year. They’re two separate booklets. There’s the brewery booklet and then there’s the winery booklet. The primary goal is to just promote the craft industry.”
Each booklet contains plenty of savings. Brewery booklet holders can enjoy 49% off two pints of selected beers at participating breweries. Discounts vary at the participating wineries, with booklet holders receiving a 49% discount on two tastings or two wine flights or two glasses of wine or another discount determined by the location.
“Both work pretty much the same way,” Nievinski said. “Basically, you can go in, you place an order, the location will either stamp or sign your booklet, and that’s to show that it’s been redeemed and then you would receive the correlated coupon offer.”
Participating breweries and winery locations are predominately in Albuquerque, with several scattered throughout New Mexico.
“Our main goal is to encourage participation throughout the state and the reason for that is just basically we want people to go to places that they’ve never been, that they normally wouldn’t go to, and try either breweries or wineries or distilleries that they normally wouldn’t,” Nievinski said. “This is basically a reason for them to go.”
Customers who purchase three booklets online receive a fourth booklet free. Wine booklets are $12 and brewery booklets are $16. The 2024 booklets ship the first week of December. Both the brewery and winery booklets can be purchased by visiting reelcraftpass.com/collections/all.
