The Jemez Falls Campground is currently closed while a pavement preservation project is completed, but is scheduled to open July 30, according to an email from Claudia Brookshire of the Santa Fe National Forest.
Redondo and San Antonio campgrounds opened Friday, May 9. To reserve a spot at San Antonio visit recreation.gov, Redondo is first come, first served.
Redondo Campground will close again after the Jemez Falls Campground construction is completed. There is not a set date, but if the project stays on schedule, the closure will occur at the end of July or early August.
Vista Linda may close this summer to complete a pavement preservation project, said Brookshire.
