New Mexico Fly Fishing Film Night comes to Guild Cinema on Dec. 3

The Bosque Chapter of Trout Unlimited is hosting the 2024 New Mexico Fly Fishing Film Night from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3, at Guild Cinema in Albuquerque.

The film night will feature eight short films: “Gila,” “Fly Fishing the Rio Grande with Nick Streit,” “Resilience: The Rise of Apache Trout,” “Reflect: A New Mexico Fishing Story,” “Tom: The Friend Fish Deserve,” “Ben Casarez Rod Builder, The Story of Flat Creek Rods,” “Il Pescatore Completo/The Complete Fisherman” and “Fly Fishing New Mexico with Norm Maktima.”

All proceeds from the event will go to support education and conservation programs in New Mexico.

Side Track Brewing Co. is releasing “Stay Wild,” a special edition American lager, in commemoration of the event. The lager will be available on tap or in a four-pack.

The film night will also feature a raffle and silent auction.
