Rio Rancho runners took the top two spots in the Albuquerque Metro Cross Country Boys Championship on Saturday at Nusenda Community Stadium. Cody Sullivan (947) took first, followed by Mateo Herrera (933). The Cleveland boys won the team title, helped in part by Lucas Espinosa (2916), who finished sixth.
