Bernalillo County Sheriff's deputies shoot at person in International District

Deputies opened fire on a person in Southeast Albuquerque on Tuesday evening, according to a social media post by the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office.

BCSO said on X that the shooting happened at Chico and Wisconsin.

No deputies were injured in the shooting, according to the post. It is unclear if there were any people struck or killed by deputy's gunfire.

BCSO didn't immediately release any more details.
