FBI seeks info on death of woman outside Shiprock

The FBI is offering up to a $5,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of anyone responsible for the death of a woman who was killed in a hit-and-run outside Shiprock.

At about 1 a.m., May 18, Tiffany Deanna Benallie was hit by a vehicle on U.S. Highway 491 by mile marker 95 outside Shiprock, according to the FBI.

The FBI said it is urging anyone with information to call 1-800-CALL-FBI (225-5324), contact a local FBI office, the nearest American embassy or consulate, or visit tips.fbi.gov.
