A crowd of bright-eyed and bushy-tailed participants eagerly hopped across the finish line during the Rabbit Run 5K at Los Poblanos Fields Open Space in the North Valley on Saturday morning.

Following the run, children set out on an eggcellent hunt for 2,000 colorful Easter eggs hidden in fields, logs and bushes.

This year, more than 170 people participated in the run and over 100 children participated in the egg hunt.
