I-40 westbound closed by Carnuel after semi-trailer catches fire

Westbound traffic on Interstate 40 by Carnuel is expected to be slow as crews remove a semitrailer that caught fire on Tuesday afternoon.
Bernalillo County Fire Rescue spokesman William Harris said there were no reported injuries.
It will take time to get the "wreckage out of the way." Cars are slowly moving on the shoulder, he said.
Harris said the cause of the fire is being investigated.
