Two people injured after drive-by shooting in North Valley; suspect(s) at large
The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office is looking for at least one person after multiple people were shot early Sunday morning.
Around 1 a.m., deputies responded to a call of a drive-by shooting in the area of Fourth and Alameda NW, BCSO spokesperson Deanna L. Aragon told the Journal.
When officers arrived, they learned two people were shot in the leg and taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, she said.
“Multiple witnesses were interviewed but there was no confirmation on suspect information due to it being a house party with multiple people fleeing the scene,” Aragon said.
“The offender(s) are still outstanding,” a BCSO social media post states.
