The Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade was a shocking and gut-wrenching moment that shook the very foundation of our rights. But to many of us, it was the culmination of a long and calculated assault by Republicans on reproductive freedom.
And as a senator, father, husband, and advocate for the rights and freedoms of every New Mexican, I fought tooth and nail to ensure our state was prepared for this very scenario.
