OPINION: We cannot secure our state until we secure our water

I have served as a New Mexico state representative in District 44 for the last two sessions. District 44 includes all the village of Corrales, areas of Rio Rancho to the west and north of Corrales, and north Albuquerque, east of the river to I-25.

In the last two years I have sponsored bills that were successfully implemented into law or the tax package. Advocating for individuals with disabilities, increasing entry-level housing opportunities, and expanding processes that hold government accountable are a few challenges I focus on as a legislator.
