The USA BMX Spring Nationals and 2025 USA BMX Pro Series Races will be held this weekend at Duke City BMX, 1011 Buena Vista Drive. There is no cost to attend but there is a charge for parking.
The USA BMX Spring Nationals, featuring top amateur riders from around the country, will kick off the action at 1:30 p.m. Friday, 9:30 a.m. Saturday, and 8 a.m. Sunday. The USA BMX Pro Series races will follow the amateur events at 4:30 p.m. Friday and 1:15 p.m. Saturday.
The Pro Series will feature appearances by world-renowned riders, including Cameron Wood, Barry Nobles, Molly Simpson and Daleny Vaughn. Autograph sessions will be available.
Last year’s BMX Spring Nationals in Albuquerque drew more than 7,200 spectators and nearly 600 athletes representing 24 states and two countries.
“Beyond the excitement on the track, the event delivers significant economic benefits, bringing nearly $1 million in estimated direct spending to our local economy," said Angie Jepsen, vice president of sales, services & sports for Visit Albuquerque and the Albuquerque Sports Commission.
