Arthur Karl Roth II Arthur Karl Roth II, lovingly known as
Arthur Karl Roth II Arthur Karl Roth II, lovingly known as "Butch," of Canby, Oregon, passed away suddenly at home on November 18, 2025 at the age of 69. Born on January 6, 1956, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Arthur was the 5th child of Arthur Jacob and Gloria Mary Roth. We are all diminished by the loss of Butch's kindness and devotion to his family. Arthur was an alumnus of Sandia High School and the University of New Mexico. After graduation, he moved to Illinois having secured employment with Merrill Lynch at the Chicago Board of Trade. During this time, Arthur fell in love and married Colleen F. Dolan. Together they had two handsome sons and a beautiful daughter. Their family lived for a time in Paris, France, where Butch worked for Merrill Lynch for several years. Arthur was preceded in death by his son, Alexander Dolan Roth, brother Kenneth Joseph Roth, his parents, Arthur and Gloria Roth, and his nephew Karl Joseph Tresemer. Arthur is survived by his son, Arthur Jacob Roth II (Jake), his daughter Kelly Shannon Roth, his former wife Colleen F. Dolan, two granddaughters, his sisters, Liebe Mary Roth, Cecilia Roth Muntz and husband Jim, Erica Ann Tresemer and husband Alan, Heidi Elizabeth Tafoya and husband Larry, Gretchen McCallum and husband Michael, as well as his brother Michael Kenneth Roth. Services are pending.
