Bettina "Tina" Mead Bettina "Tina" Mead, 76, of Panama City, Florida, passed away on January 10, 2025. Born on February 17, 1948 in El Paso, Texas. She then moved to Albuquerque with her family. After graduating from Rio Grande High School in 1966, she moved to Panama City and attended Gulf Coast State College. Tina was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Elizabeth Mead; sisters, Rosilin and Louisa; grandson, Richard Youd. She is survived by Samuel Farrill, her husband; son, Kevin Youd; daughter, Michele Youd; son-in-law, Doug Dahl; granddaughters, Ella Catherine Youd, Gwyneth Dahl, and Charlotte Dahl. Tina's joyfullness will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
