Carl Wiggins Carl Wiggins, hospital pharmacist, Habitat home builder and bicyclist extraordinaire has died in San Clemente, Ca. on December 30, 2024. He leaves his wife of 56 years, three sons, a daughter-in-law, six grandchildren, as well as four siblings. Remembrances may be made to Habitat for Humanity or the Alzheimer's Association.
