Elaine Justus With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Lois Elaine Justus, a cherished wife, mother, and grandmother, on February 14, 2025, at the age of 92. Born to John Henry Von Tress and Nora Alice Smith in Santa Rita, NM on March 30, 1932, Elaine was known for her unwavering kindness, dedication to her family, and as a devoted Christian who did not just speak with faith but walked in faith. She loved to travel around the world with the love of her life, husband of 70 years, John W. Justus, and vacation with her whole family. Beloved by all who knew her, Elaine was proceeded in death by her husband John W. Justus, six siblings, and son-in-law Howard. She is survived by one sibling Clella Kubiak and her children Michael, David (wife Connie), Karen, and Sharon, her seven grandchildren, her fourteen great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and numerous extended family members, who will all remember her as a true role model of how to treat others and live life as an example of virtue and goodness. Elaine's Celebration of Life will begin with a viewing on Sunday, February 23rd, 2025 at 2:00pm, followed by a memorial service at 3:00pm, and a reception at 4:00pm at FRENCH-Wyoming.
