Mary Martha Anderson Mary Martha Anderson, 63 of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on March 13, 2025. Born on May 30, 1961, in Belen, New Mexico, to James and Virginia Anderson, Mary shined bright with love, compassion, and kindness throughout her life. Mary is survived by her son Adam Anderson; brothers, James Steven and Paul Anderson; sisters, Helen Anderson, Maurine Davis, Loraine Sanchez, and Dolores Yarosz; many nieces and nephews; her beloved cat, Mia; and her dearest life-long friend, Lynda King. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Catherine Anderson; brother, Philip Anderson; and long-time partner, Gerald Mathis. Following graduation, Mary worked much of her life in veterinary medical care, taking care of injured and sick animals, and in health care where she assisted and cared for the home-bound. Mary loved all of God's creatures from the tiniest insect to the feistiest giant mammal, and had an amazing gift which she blessed the earth with, showing kindness and compassion toward all creatures. Mary had the ability to help the most vulnerable and sickest people and animals in her community. Mary made sure never to miss birthdays and special events of other's lives, reminding them of their importance and celebrating their lives. Although Mary will be greatly missed on this earth, she lives on in Heaven in peace with her beloved departed family, friends, and creatures. In accordance with her wishes she has been cremated.
