Paul, originally from Quincy, Illinois, graduated from Quincy Senior High School and later Western Illinois University. In retirement he found joy in Sunday walks and attending church, sketching imaginative drawings, and savoring chocolate milkshakes. He was admired for his brilliant mind, wry humor, artistic aptitude and the thoughtful touches he brought to everyday life. His absence leaves a quiet ache, but his love remains woven into the memories and lives of those he touched. In lieu of a traditional funeral, the family will host a Celebration of Life in March 2026 to honor Paul's memory.
