Rachel M. Brock Mrs. Rachel M Brock, age 80, of Albuquerque,
Rachel M. Brock Mrs. Rachel M Brock, age 80, of Albuquerque, passed away Sunday evening, September 21, 2025, at her residence, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born November 2, 1944, in Clovis, New Mexico. Rachel was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Farris Brock Sr., and her son Robert Brock. She was a member of Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. Rachel worked past retirement age, as she was passionate about every position she held. She started as a teenager as a waitress at Canon Air Force Base, then on to Missouri Research Labs, Digital Equipment Corporation, Amerigroup Health Care, T-Mobile, and United Way of New Mexico, where she both worked and volunteered. She also volunteered at various senior citizen centers, and was passionate about the Disabled Veterans of New Mexico, were she volunteered her time and made personal donations. When she had extra time, she worked on arts and crafts. Rachel is survived by her daughter, Deborah Sandoval (Ray), her son Farris Brock Jr. ( Bernice), sister Bernadette Lundy (John), brother Louie Sedillo (Joann), Grandchildren Raymond Sandoval Jr.(Sarah), Joshua Sandoval, Travis Brock (Brooke), Thomas Brock (Amanda), Great-Grandchildren, Katalaya Sandoval, Luciano Sandoval, Atlas Brock, Thorin Brock, Goddaughter Michelle Wojtak, Uncle Ralph Torres, Aunt Dolores Navarro, cousin/sister Angela Drummond, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, especially her close friend Bill Lind. Services will be held at San Ignacio Catholic Church 1300 Walter NE Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102, on October 6th, 2025 at 9:30 am (Rosary) 10:00 am Mass, followed by reception in the parish hall. Interment will take place at a later date in Clovis, New Mexico.
