Victor Vigil Victor Vigil, age 74, beloved husband, father, brother, grandpa, was called to his heavenly home on January 20, 2025. He entered this world July 28, 1950, in Albuquerque, NM born to Carmel and Igenia Vigil. He was preceded in death by his parents, mother, Igenia Vigil and father, Carmel Vigil; sisters, Nancy, Juliana, Linda, Rita and brother Abrian. He is survived by his wife Rosemarie, son, Larry Vigil, Daughter-in-law, Beth Brusatti, daughter Christina Ortiz, son-in-law, Danny Ortiz, Sisters, Sylvia Thomson, Janet Vigil-Sanchez, Jackie Vigil, brother, Rick Vigil, grandchildren Danielle Ortiz, Ian Ortiz, and Abby Huff. Victor proudly served during Vietnam and was awarded a bronze star. Victor was a man of faith with great passion of fellowship and mentorship. Victor taught at Espanola Military Academy. He liked to create shadow boxes and gift them to armed force members, first responders and various others. Viewing will be held at Daniel's Mortuary February 3, 2025 from 3pm-7pm. Church services at Life Church February 4, 2025 at 1pm. Gravesite services will be held at the National Cemetery February 18, 2025 at 1:30pm.
