    Bills vetoed Wednesday by Gov. Bill Richardson:
   
    HOUSE BILLS
    HB101  —  Make clear that a change in lease price for a motor vehicle, as provided for in the lease agreement, does not create a sale or security interest.
    HB582  —  Require Corrections Department to establish a task force to study issues related to the state's women's prison, including classification of inmates, policies and procedures related to sexual harassment and assault of female inmates.
   
    SENATE BILLS
    SB68  —  Require the Senate to reconfirm cabinet secretaries a governor keeps from his preceding term.
    SB447  —  Allow water and sanitation districts to buy, build or operate other public works, community facilities or economic development projects.
    SB660  —  Remove the requirement in law that wild game meat donated to charitable or nonprofit groups for consumption be transported, stored and processed according to Department of Environment procedures.
    SB661  —  Allow investment, through private equity funds, of up to 3 percent of the market value of the Severance Tax Permanent Fund in fine art valued between $250,000 and $6.5 million, and in fine musical instruments valued between $150,000 and $8 million.
