HB101 Make clear that a change in lease price for a motor vehicle, as provided for in the lease agreement, does not create a sale or security interest.
HB582 Require Corrections Department to establish a task force to study issues related to the state's women's prison, including classification of inmates, policies and procedures related to sexual harassment and assault of female inmates.
SB68 Require the Senate to reconfirm cabinet secretaries a governor keeps from his preceding term.
SB447 Allow water and sanitation districts to buy, build or operate other public works, community facilities or economic development projects.
SB660 Remove the requirement in law that wild game meat donated to charitable or nonprofit groups for consumption be transported, stored and processed according to Department of Environment procedures.
SB661 Allow investment, through private equity funds, of up to 3 percent of the market value of the Severance Tax Permanent Fund in fine art valued between $250,000 and $6.5 million, and in fine musical instruments valued between $150,000 and $8 million.
