Roadrunner Technology Forum, one of the Southwest’s largest deep-tech events, is gearing up for its third annual conference later this fall.
The event, put on by the Albuquerque-based Roadrunner Venture Studios, is set to be held Oct. 15 at the National Hispanic Cultural Center.
“We’re excited to welcome the growing community of technologists, founders, and funders shaping the future of this movement — and we’re hopeful you’ll join us,” Maggie Newman, senior manager of community and studio operations at Roadrunner, said in a statement.
Roadrunner, a for-profit venture that invests in deep-tech companies, saw an attendance of 500 people during the 2024 event. This year, the forum is sponsored by Google, Morrison & Forrester and Rho.
Speakers for the 2025 forum have yet to be announced.
Last year’s speakers included Founders Fund’s Trae Stephens; Nicole Conner, partner with Airbus Ventures; Peter Barrett, co-founder and partner at Playground Global; Rajesh Swaminathan, a partner with Khosla Ventures; Whitney Haring-Smith, managing partner of Anzu Partners; and Gilman Louie, the co-founder and managing partner of America’s Frontier Fund.
