American Home Furniture and Mattress Anthem Contest seeks entries for a jingle contest
American Home Furniture and Mattress is hosting an anthem contest with the chance to win a $5,000 cash prize.
This contest gives musicians, songwriters, and creative minds the chance to have their song featured in the new American Home Furniture and Mattress commercials.
The store has been furnishing homes in New Mexico since 1936 and seeks to find an anthem that will "unveil the look and sound of American Home that will carry them into the hearts and homes of the community for generations to come," their website stated.
"The American Home Anthem is a unique opportunity for talented musicians, songwriters, and anyone with a passion for music to contribute to the company's legacy," a news release said.
The contest is open for submissions through Dec. 31.
The submissions will be judged by American Home's leadership team and the top five finalists will be selected based on creativity, originality and alignment with the company's ethos, the release said.
The final five will be judged by the public, who will vote for their favorite artist on the store's social media beginning Jan. 10, 2024.
Contestants must be 18 or older.
Musicians of all backgrounds and musical styles are welcome.
