Albuquerque ranks in top 10 on most dog-friendly cities
Dogs and their owners enjoy Bark in the Park Day at Isotopes Park on Sunday.
A study from PetLabCo. named New Mexico number eight on its top most pet-friendly cities in the U.S.
To assemble the list, the study analyzed factors such as average vet tech assistant and technician annual income, veterinarians per 1,000 jobs, average cat and dog insurance costs, percentage of hotels allowing pets, number of dog parks, air quality and precipitation and the average daily temperatures above 72 Fahrenheit.
