Expect delays on Bridge Boulevard starting Friday
Drivers on Bridge Boulevard can expect delays beginning Friday as parts of the road are closed for construction work.
The project runs from the Atrisco Riverside Drain to Young SW, according to a news release from Bernalillo County.
Traffic patterns and signals will be adjusted within the area of work, the news release said.
The work will allow the New Mexico Gas Co. to remove and install new infrastructure and is expected to wrap up Tuesday, Feb. 13.
The release added businesses in the area will remain open to the public, and construction on phase two of the project is expected to be completed in the fall.
