Friday morning traffic update: I-40 crash, roadwork continues

A crash on eastbound Interstate 40 at 12th Street has caused lane closures backing up traffic to Rio Grande, according to our media partners at KKOB Radio.

Roadwork continues along I-40, the two left lanes heading eastbound between Carlisle NE and San Pedro Bridge remain closed and one left lane westbound is closed between Louisiana NE and San Pedro Bridge, drivers should expect heavy delays and proceed with caution.
