Located just under three hours from Albuquerque, Taos Ski Valley offers visitors lodging, fine dining and spa services.

Here is an overview of what the resort has to offer.

Lodging

Ranging in luxury from penthouses to suites and residences, the lodging around Taos Ski Valley offers a variety of amenities in their fully furnished lodging, such as fully equipped kitchens, washers and dryers with laundry detergent, hausmeisters on-call to attend to needs, as well as access to all amenities, including the spa, fitness center and more.

If you are looking for lodging off the mountain, the town of Taos has a wide range of hotels, and there is also the option to Ask a Local for tips about planning a trip.

Rentals

The resort offers rental pick-up as early as 3 p.m. the day before, as well as overnight storage for multi-day rentals. There are technicians on hand to help with repairs ranging from welding to waxing. Taos Rentals partners with companies that work to make environmentally conscious decisions, such as shipping fewer boxes with less packing material and using plant-based eco-wax to maintain equipment.

Slopes

The mountain has a wide variety of slopes ranging in difficulty. The highest point is Kachina Peak at 12,481 feet in elevation.

  • Highline Ridge — 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

  • Lower Front Side — 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

  • Upper Front Side — 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

  • West Basin Ridge — 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

Lift tickets can be purchased online. The lifts were recently updated in September.

Spa

The spa services include massages, facial treatments, a desert scrub bar, anti-aging body wraps, scalp therapy and even brow and lash tinting. When booking an appointment at the spa, guests also get access to the fitness center, steam rooms and pool and hot tub.
