Study reveals top 10 horror movies in New Mexico: Did your favorite make the list?
A study of Google Trends data revealed that “Scream” was the most searched movie in New Mexico.
The study from Casinos.com analyzed Google Trends data across all 50 states in October 2022 for some of the most popular horror movies, a news release said.
The most popular movie across the board — and top searched in 15 states — was “The Boogeyman,” which had an average Google Trend score of 81.06 out of a possible 100.
The movie “Halloween Ends” took second place as the most popular in 13 states with a score of 80.98.
