The Albuquerque Daylily Society is holding a show and sale from 1-4 p.m. Sunday, June 29. The event will be held at the Albuquerque Garden Center, 10120 Lomas Blvd. NE.
Art for all
Gallery One is hosting a Juneteenth exhibition featuring works by local artists that examine the question of erasure or invisibility, inspired by Ralph Ellison’s “Invisible Man.” The exhibit will be on display through July 17. The 8th floor Satellite Gallery is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, except on July 4. Gallery One is located at 1 Civic Plaza NW, Suite 1400.

Learn about the birds, the bees and more at the ABQ BioPark Botanic Garden’s Pollinator Day, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, June 27. Learn about the different types of pollinators, their importance, how to use landscaping to attract them, and more. The event is free with regular admission. The ABQ BioPark Botanic Garden is located at 2601 Central Ave. NW.
The stars in the sky
Salinas Pueblo Missions National Monument is hosting a “Dark Skies, Bright Stars!” event at the Abó site at 7:30-10 p.m. Friday, June 27. After a ranger-led hike, attendees can take advantage of the park’s telescope viewing or photography activity stations. The Abó Unit and Visitor Center s located at 69 Ruins Road, Mountainair.
Giddyup!
The Magdalena Frontier Festival is delivering two days of fun on Saturday, June 28, and Sunday, June 29. The weekend's events include a parade, live music, demonstrations, the Magdalena Burro Stampede and more.
Get muddy
Celebrate International Mud Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 28. Eventgoers can learn about earthworms, make seed balls, get muddy in the obstacle course and more. The Open Space Visitor Center is located at 6500 Coors Blvd. NW.

North Domingo Baca Park is holding a “Movies in the Park” screening of “Sonic 3” at 8:30 p.m. Friday, June 27. The event is free. The park is located at 7521 Carmel Ave. NE.
