Rob Vigil of Española caught a 19-inch German brown trout on the Rio Grande using a black-and-gold Panther Martin spinner in Pilar on Feb. 23.

Ray Ortiz caught and released 20 trout over a six-hour span trolling Kastmasters and Panther Martin spinners at Santa Cruz Reservoir on Feb. 15.

At Cochiti Lake, Jason caught a northern pike using a 4/0 EWG hook with a Texas-rigged yamatanuki in the early morning on Feb. 23 near the boat ramp. … Jason Angowski caught a northern pike using a drop shot on Feb. 23.

Christopher Herrera caught four trout using a Rapala brook trout lure after the drop-off and before the ice at Fenton Lake on Feb. 19.
