Lawrence Millman, a self-described Luddite, will discuss and sign his new book “Outsider: My Boyhood with Thoreau” from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Sunday, April 28. Millman has spent decades traveling in and writing about the Arctic and subarctic regions.
Mary Lou Dobbs will chat about and sign copies of her new book “Badass Old White Woman: How to Flip the Script on Aging” from 1:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m. Saturday, May 4.
Treasure House Books & Gifts is located at 2012 South Plaza St. NW, in Old Town.

Robert Nott of Santa Fe discusses and signs his new book “Ride the High Country” at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 30.
Nott’s book investigates how the film “Ride the High Country” helped the genre mature and adapted to changing times.
Santa Fe author Harry Werksman and illustrator Maya Shakur will be the guests of Kids Storytime at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 4, at the bookstore.
Werksman wrote the children’s book “Wishless,” the subject of the event.
