Show Go New Mexico your rig!
Robert Browman outfitted his 2006 Nissan Xterra 4WD (stock suspension height) for overlanding adventures.
The Nissan boasts no external mods. With the back seats removed to extend the bed for sleeping, Rubbermaid Action Packers behind the front seats fill the gap for a level sleeping platform. A CertiPUR-US Memory Foam Camping Mattress Pad on top of a 2-inch Cool Touch memory foam mattress topper helps Browman sleep.
Browman uses a Bluetti AC70 solar panel charged power station for portable power and device recharging. There are also double-lined breathable mesh window screens for bug-free ventilation.
The rig is also internally rigged with bungees to hang lights, cooling, sound and regularly losable items. For cooling, Browman uses a Claymore V600+ Rechargeable USB-C fan.
