Vendors and City of Albuquerque workers from dozens of agencies including Parks and Recreation, Albuquerque Municipal Development, the Fire Marshals Office and Albuquerque Solid Waste Department work on setting up Balloon Fiesta Park on Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2023. The annual Balloon Fiesta is expected to bring ing 80,000 visitors to the park each day.
