Spring break is creeping up, and now is a great time to start thinking about what to do with the kiddos from March 27-April 5.

1. ABQ BioPark

The ABQ BioPark will host its annual spring break camp. Participants of the camp can expect games, crafts, and tours according to the city's website.

Dates: March 27-29, 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for K-1st grade

April 1-5, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for 2nd-6th grade

Price:

K-1st grade camp: $90/$81 for NMBPS members

2nd-6th grade: $265/$250 for NMBPS members

2. Learners Chess Camp

Learners Chess Camp will host a spring break camp, and chess players of all levels are welcome. Choose between a half or full day and let your child dive into the world of chess. Military discounts are applied, and parents sending multiple children are able to receive a 10% sibling discount per the Learners Chess Camp website.

Dates: March 27th-29th and April 1st-5th

Price:

Early bird special prices full day $46.00 plus tax. Early Bird half day prices: $26.00 plus tax.

Normal full day pricing: $55.00 plus tax. Normal half day pricing: $35.00 plus tax

3. Stone Age

Stone Age climbing camp is organizing a spring break camp at their midtown and north locations. Kids will have the opportunity to climb and belay with instruction from supervisors. Kids will also participate in games and team building exercises on and off the wall. The camp runs from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and costs $295.95 plus tax per the registration page on the Stone Age website.

North Location dates:

March 25-29 for ages 6-10

April 1-5 for ages 8-13

Midtown location dates:

April 1-5 for ages 6-9

4. Explora

Explora will have multi-aged spring break camps. Students of a variety of ages will be able to participate in camps of different themes that provide academically enriching and fun activities, according to the Explora website.

Dates: March 22, March 25-29 and April 1-5. Single day camps run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., half-day camps run from 9 a.m. to noon or 1-4 p.m.

Prices: $85 for members/$95 for non-members. $45 for members/$55 for non-members.

5. Goals Soccer Academy

Goals Soccer Academy will be organizing a soccer camp for children. Students 6-13 can join their soccer camp to freshen up their skills on the turf as said by the Active 9 website.

Dates: March 27-28th and April 2-3rd from 9:30-11:30am

Price: $150.00 plus sales tax of $11.63.
