Man charged with murder after homicide Southwest Albuquerque
The Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office arrested a man on suspicion of an open count of murder in connection with man's death in Southwest Albuquerque on Sunday afternoon.
BCSO responded at around 1 p.m. to a call of a fight at a McDonald's in the 1900 block of Coors SW, near Arenal Road, according to a BCSO news release.
A man at the scene and was unconscious and not breathing. He was declared deceased at the scene.
The man who died was not identified on Sunday.
Niel Winslow, 37, was taken into custody and has been charged in connection with the man's death, according to the BCSO.
