Police on hunt for two men accused of gunning down man in NE ABQ
The Albuquerque Police Department is looking for two men reportedly involved in the Dec. 23 shooting death of Steven Keliiaa.
Keliiaa was shot and killed near the intersection of Dallas and Menaul, Albuquerque Metro Crime Stoppers Coordinator Alicia Hernandez said.
Francisco Garcia-Franco, 22, and Javier Irigoyen, 22, both of Albuquerque, are charged with an open count of murder, conspiracy, tampering with evidence and shooting at/from a vehicle.
Their criminal complaints have been sealed, according to court records.
A warrant is also out for Garcia-Franco for unrelated charges of aggravated battery on a household member with great bodily harm and false imprisonment, court records state.
"Both Francisco and Javier should be considered armed and extremely dangerous," Hernandez said.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers, anonymously at 505-843-STOP (7867), p3tips.com/531 or text “ABQCS” to 738477, Hernandez said.
