Report: Albuquerque ranks in Top 10 for rental activity in August

According to an activity report from RentCafe — a nationwide apartment search website that releases frequent rankings on rental markets across the country — Albuquerque ranked second on the Top 10 Cities for Rental Activity in August list for the West, and eighth for most in-demand location by renters out of the 150 largest U.S. cities with rentals on RentCafe.com.

The average rent in Albuquerque is $1,320, the site stated.

The data for the reports was based on the scores across categories such as apartment availability, page views, apartments saved as favorites and saved personalized searches.
