Two Albuquerque Public Schools Board of Education members are scheduled to host town hall meetings on Monday.

Crystal Tapia-Romero’s town hall is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. in the West Mesa High School library, and Heather Benavidez’s town hall is scheduled for 6 p.m. in either the Highland High School library or cafeteria, according to an APS news release issued Friday.

Tapia-Romero, who took office in 2022, represents District 5, the city’s West Side. Benavidez assumed office in 2024 to represent District 4, the city’s Northeast Heights.
