SpeakUp!

It’s amazing how many people fall for and regurgitate the Democrat propaganda that Republicans only cater to the wealthy. The tax cuts of 2017 benefited a large number of American taxpayers. The idea that Republican tax policy only helps the wealthy is a political lie. AB

Despite all POTUS’ promises to MAGA QUICKLY, what do we have to show for it? Madness, mayhem, chaos and destruction. The only “gold” you’re likely to see are a glimpse of the “fixtures” in the White House. Hubris, hate, lies and ignorance will drag us all down. Demand accountability. MY

We have a huge fentanyl problem in this country, so naturally the Trump administration plans to stop funding the Narcan distribution program, which has greatly reduced overdose deaths. And this is only one of many programs that will be defunded to pay for tax cuts for the wealthy. JH

The leftists screeching in SpeakUp, begged a reply. President Trump is considering raising income taxes on billionaires and working to eliminate income taxes on middle class Americans. This will be paid for by reining in the corruption and waste, perpetrated by the left, both in America and worldwide. SS

President Trump said he would not touch Social Security, Medicare or Medicaid. He said waste, fraud and abuse would be eliminated. When federal workers lost their jobs they also lost their health care insurance. Musk considered their jobs waste, fraud and abuse. Now the wealthy can have tax breaks. CM

Many articles in the newspapers and programs on TV speculate what the president is going to do to the economy. Words as could, may and might are used to project what may happen. Democrats are worried about Medicaid cuts. They should be concerned how 40% of NM qualifies for it. SS

President Trump presents himself as Pope. This man is the president of the United States. He represents our country to the world. His presidency is like a Saturday Night Live skit. CM

After the disgusting photo of President Trump mimicking the Pope was released, anyone who thinks he has a shred of faith or respect for Christianity and specifically Catholicism is sadly and ignorantly mistaken. CC

Funerals are a time to pay respect to the deceased, not one’s self. President Trump posts AI of himself as a Pope, and makes comments of being one. A true Pope has humility, compassion, empathy and inclusivity. Shame on those who think it’s just humor. Rest in Peace Pope Francis. DD

Donald Trump just said that we should “forget about separation of church and state.” Instead of a separation of church and state, he will bring religion back to our country. The only problem here is that the First Amendment explicitly forbids government establishment of religion. Ain’t gonna happen, Don. EJG

ABQJournal and Dying Legacy Media continue their biased negative coverage of President Trump after overwhelming election victory and national mandate to end DEI, climate change, open border and political budgetary corruption. Change was long overdue and is just beginning — 1,400 more days of progress ahead, get over it already. MK

President Trump’s first 100 days remind me of an old Turkish proverb. When a clown moves into a palace, he does not become a king. The palace turns into a circus. Very appropriate I would say. DW

Those young supporters of PSL, The Party of Socialism and Liberation, really have no clue what they stand for. If they have been brainwashed into believing that socialism is the solution for the human dilemma, they have not studied history. Socialism destroys individualism for the sake of the whole. GH

Our government is aiming to reduce synthetic dyes and flavorings at the same time that it allows increased use of known carcinogenic weed killers on farms and dangerous chemicals in our water and on the vegetables we buy. Seems much more than ironic; seems outright stupid. RC

The filthiest boondoggle perpetrated on the Albuquerque working class is the criminal fantasy of APD “reform.” ES

City of Albuquerque Zoning is prosecuting Quirky Used Books for allowing homeless people to camp in their parking backlot. City of Albuquerque Zoning is proposing thousands of dollars in fines. When is Mayor Keller’s zoning hearing for allowing homeless to camp all across Albuquerque? BR

The Gateway Recovery community of tiny homes cost the taxpayers $108,696 for each of the 46 prefabricated houses with no bathroom inside. It seems the taxpayers got severely ripped off, while someone else got very rich. There should be a full financial disclosure of this project. PW

Here is a solution to housing shortage. Have Central New Mexico Community College and Workforce Solutions have trades students build tiny homes for our homeless populations. Students get construction experience and the city gets affordable housing for homeless. DE

If you think San Antonio east bound is bad, try San Francisco from the frontage road to San Pedro. DF

Isotopes: Another year of promotion after promotion followed by loss after loss. As long as the fans don’t mind, neither will the Isotopes. Does Isotope management even care? Same old, same old every year. CL
